Payment Schedule
50% due at time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days before stay

90% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 31 days before arrival or earlier
0% refundable if cancelled after

Damage deposit
A pre-authorization of $500 is due 1 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure

Notes
Minimum 1 week rental from July 1st to September 2nd
Minimum 3 nights rental for all of June
Minimum 2 nights rental from September 2nd to May 31st
Minimum 3 nights rental for all long weekends throughout the year
Minimum 2 Night rental for June weekday bookings and 3 nights for weekends
